Call for Papers

Request for Abstracts

Presenters will be required to sign-in with their ISHS member details. If you are not ISHS member, you will be encouraged to become a new member before submission of an abstract. Members can register at a discounted registration fee for ISHS member.

English is the official language at the symposium and all abstracts should therefore be submitted in English. The organizing committee reserves the right to edit all abstracts.

Abstracts will be submitted for consideration as an oral or poster presentation at the 13th International Symposium on Plant Growth Regulators in Fruit Production. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the Symposium Program. The abstract submission deadline is April 30, 2017 May 31, 2017.

Participants cannot send Abstracts to the organizers. Abstracts are limited to 300 words, single spaced, not including figures and tables. Please refer to the ISHS Tool Guide for Authors during the submission process.

ISHS Student Award

The ISHS representative, together with the Convener, will set up a special committee to select the best oral and the best poster presentation, given by a student as presenter and first author of the work. Students should be enrolled in a university or college and can be undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate (limited to 6 months after finishing the program of study), and with an age limit of 35. The ISHS representative or Convener will present the ISHS Student Award certificates to the awardees during the symposium.

Abstracts and full papers must be submitted through the ISHS tool ROSA.

Oral presenters will be required to submit a full paper for publication in Acta Horticulturae. Accepted poster presentations are eligible for publication in Acta Horticulturae. Information for Poster Size

The size of poster board is W900×H2100. A0 size is recommended for the poster.
